This is a friendly 20–30 minute chat to get to know each other and see how we can support you. You’ll have a chance to share what’s on your mind, ask any questions, and learn how counselling works. There’s no pressure to commit — it’s simply a space to explore whether we’re a good fit.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please provide 48hours notice. Any changes to appointments within less than 48hours of the appointment may incur the full cost of the session. Thank you for understanding.
