Our approach

At the heart of what we do is a deep belief in your ability to grow, heal, and understand yourself — especially when you're met with care, acceptance, and the right support. We take a person-centred approach, which means our time together is shaped by you — your story, your pace, and the inner wisdom you already carry within you.

What is person-centred counselling?

Person-centred counselling is a gentle and respectful approach that places you at the centre of the healing journey. It’s built on the belief that you have the inner strength and capacity to grow, heal, and make sense of your life — even if it doesn’t always feel that way.

This type of counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental space where you’re truly listened to and accepted just as you are. Your counsellor won’t tell you what to do or give you advice. Instead, they’ll walk alongside you with empathy, warmth, and honesty — helping you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.Over time, this supportive relationship can help you build self-trust, gain clarity, and reconnect with your true self — allowing you to move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

What do we offer?

Initial Consultation

We understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. That’s why we offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation — a relaxed and informal 15-20 minute appointment where you can get a sense of how we work and whether it feels like the right fit for you.

During this time, you’re welcome to ask any questions you might have about counselling, share what’s bringing you here, and talk about what you’re hoping to get from the process. It provides a space for us to connect and see if working together feels comfortable for you.

Online Counselling

Online counselling provides a safe and supportive environment where you can openly share and discuss your feelings—no matter where you happen to be. Whether you choose a video session or a phone call, the sessions are designed to be flexible and easily accessible, allowing you to connect in the way that feels most comfortable and reassuring for you. It is a convenient and effective method to receive compassionate, confidential support from the comfort and privacy of your own surroundings. All that’s needed is a private space.

Face to Face Counselling

Face-to-face counselling provides a safe, quiet, and calm space where you can feel genuinely heard and fully supported, free from any fear of judgment or misunderstanding. Being present together in the same room fosters a strong sense of trust and connection, creating a welcoming environment where you can comfortably and openly explore your thoughts and feelings at your own natural pace. This type of setting encourages not only deep reflection and emotional care but also facilitates meaningful personal growth and healing over time.
